Fans of video game developer Bethesda Game Studios and its associated publisher Bethesda Softworks are no doubt well versed and familiar with the ever popular open-world role-playing franchise Fallout. Many players have likely spent countless hours in the most recently released title in the series, wherein a post-apocalyptic Bostonian setting sees the infamous lone wanderer explore yet another horrifically reimagined contemporary American setting. That being said, some die hard fans of the franchise might have been left wanting more after completing the core campaign, extraneous sub-plots and side missions, and thoroughly exploring the impressively scaled map of Bethesda’s record setting fourth installment - and may have even wondered whether or not a movie might ever be in the offing....

The Big Bang Theory ended its 12th and final season this year. But the show still lives on within our hearts, and through re-runs, of course. For diehard fans, there aren’t may days that go by when we don’t wonder what our favorite gang of nerds is up to. What would they be doing now? The short stands as a well-written revelation, subtle and elegant. For many people, that’s enough to celebrate. However, Blizzard can and should be doing so much more to bring the LGBTQ community into their games. It’s also somewhat suspect that this reveal comes close on the heels of the Ellie controversy in which pro-players conspired, supposedly as a “social experiment”, to elevate a young woman to a professional Overwatch team....

New data from Canalys today shows that while PC shipments in the United States were up 17% last quarter, Apple saw a 3% decline in shipments compared to the same quarter last year. Apple was the only major PC vendor to post negative growth, and Canalys attributes that to iPad demand falling off. As usual, the Canalys data focuses on both tablets and traditional PCs. For Apple, Canalys reports that Mac shipments were up 24% year-over-year, thanks to the success of the M1 chip and Apple Silicon transition:...

If there’s one thing that the recent trailer for Captain America: Civil War made clear, it’s that Bucky Barnes, a.k.a. Winter Soldier, is going to have a central part in the movie. With Iron Man on one side trying to bring him in for the events of Captain America: Winter Soldier and his old friend Steve Rogers on the other side trying to defend him, the remainder of the MCU is forced to decide where their alliances lay....

The latest trailer for Captain Marvel showed us a lot of new things and some interesting confirmed characters for the next Marvel Cinematic Universe movie. As most people know, the movie will see Carol Danvers’ history with the Kree, her past life on Earth, why she was gone when Earth needed her the most, and what looks like a huge part of the Kree-Skrull War play out on the big screen for the first time....

Avengers: Infinity War proved to be the deadliest Marvel film to date by wiping out half the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and if this was too much to handle, you might want to get ready for Avengers 4, as Chris Hemsworth assures it will be even more shocking than its predecessor. The third Avengers film brought together most of the current roster of the MCU in order to stop Thanos from collecting the Infinity Stones, mounting them on the Infinity Gauntlet, and creating ultimate chaos....

Classic TV Robin gets a little edgier in a new Titans mashup video. Love it or hate it, the 1960s Batman has created one of the most recognizable versions of the Dark Knight and the Boy Wonder. Known for its campy and upbeat take on the crime fighting duo, Batman has lingered on long after its short run. But one dedicated fan decided Batman needed a bit of an upgrade to fit DC’s grittier tone....

Rocky is famously a character who was born out of desperation for Stallone, who was a struggling actor early in his career, and he wrote the first draft in three days after pitching the concept to producers. They liked it so much they wanted to buy it off him and turn it into a vehicle for a bigger star like Burt Reynolds or James Caan, but despite being offered increasingly large sums of money, Stallone insisted he play the title role....

Terminator: Dark Fate continues the franchise tradition of introducing a new Terminator model with each movie, except this one has a weird, unexpected twist: tentacles. The Terminator: Dark Fate panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2019 brought with it a few big reveals, including that Edward Furlong is returning as John Connor, and a new SDCC featurette was also released. It’s in there that the tentacled Terminator is first glimpsed. This has become standard practice for the Terminator franchise ever since 1991’s T2: Judgment Day, which introduced audiences to the T-1000, a more advanced version of the original Terminator that had the ability to shapeshift and form sharp, metallic weapons....

Throughout this year’s awards season, Deadpool emerged as a surprise contender, picking up nominations from the Golden Globes, Writers Guild, and Producers Guild (among others). With all the accolades, it became the most critically acclaimed comic book adaptation since 2008’s The Dark Knight, and its many fans were hopeful that the Merc With a Mouth could crash the Academy Awards party and maybe get a Best Picture montage of his own....

Disney’s new take on the animated classic The Lion King will include Scar’s iconic song, “Be Prepared.” Following the trend of remakes and live-action versions that has been running in the entertainment industry for years now, Disney is bringing The Lion King back, though not exactly in what can be called a “live-action version.” Directed by Jon Favreau, The Lion King is a photorealistic CGI remake, in the style of Favreau’s The Jungle Book....

Black Panther has utterly dominated the box office in its opening weekend - breaking several few records and ranking high against the opening weekends of the seventeen other movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Early box office projections in December 2017 estimated that Black Panther’s first solo outing would have a $90 million opening weekend. Now, the movie has blown all those expectations away with a staggering $201 million in its three-day opening weekend, and $243 million over the four-day Presidents Day weekend....

Brandon Routh is set to play Superman again as part of the Arrowverse’s 2019 crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths. Back in 2006, Routh got the role of a lifetime on the big screen as he portrayed the second big-screen Superman. He was the star of Bryan Singer’s Superman Returns, but unfortunately, the film did not become the hit many imagined it would be. Even though his days as a DC hero appeared to be behind him, Routh found another role as part of the Arrowverse....

Zoe Saldana and Chris Pratt address the shocking firing of Marvel director James Gunn after a series of his old crass and offensive tweets were unearthed a few days ago. Guardians of the Galaxy actor Chris Pratt is content with his position at Marvel Studios, and he doesn’t want to see it end anytime soon. Google has added a nifty feature to Chrome for iOS that gives you the option to quickly open external links from other apps using Incognito. It’s especially useful on shared devices. The default behavior loads links alongside other open tabs where your cookies and account sign-ins are shared. By opening in Incognito, you’re not logged in to anything. If you enable “Ask to Open Links from Other Apps in Incognito” from Chrome Settings > Privacy and Security, tapping a link in an external app will first take you to a fullscreen prompt....
