The latest photos from the set of Deadpool 2 show Cable and Domino in action. The past two weeks have been banner ones for fans of Deadpool and Marvel Comics. Last week, we got our first look at Zazie Beetz as Domino. And just yesterday, Josh Brolin’s take on Cable was unveiled. Even better, but it was quickly followed by a full-body shot of the Cable character, showing off his whole costume. It hasn’t just been official images, however, as set photos have been pouring in for the production.

Each new week brings another batch of images teasing some of the scenes in Deadpool 2. We recently saw Wade having trouble with his parachute. And after her official reveal, Domino began appearing in set photos herself. It seems as if the timing for the release of the character images was in an effort to beat these more candid shots that were bound to pop up online, given the outdoor filming. Sure enough, the release of Brolin’s take on Cable is now being accompanied by shots of him in action from the film.

Just Jared were on hand for a scene being filming in Vancouver yesterday for Deadpool 2. In the images, we not only see the stunt performers for Cable and Domino in action, but we can see Brolin and Beetz in costume and on set as well.

While the first Deadpool only shot a few scenes outside, we’ve already seen a bunch of images from the sequel. Domino and Cable will likely factor into more and more of the scenes we witness as the film moves along through production. In fact, this isn’t even the first hint we’ve had of Cable since the release of yesterday’s photo.

Following that reveal, we got a shot of Brolin’s stunt double on set yesterday that further teases the possibility of Hope Summers appearing in the movie. Likely, that image came from the same scene in today’s photos. Still, the more we see of the film the better idea we have of how things will play out in the new movie.

While Deadpool introduced a number of mutants from the comics, Fox looks prepared to bring even more to the big screen with the sequel. After all, it wouldn’t be a proper X-Men universe film without a gaggle of new mutants - and Deadpool 2 looks primed to deliver.
