San Diego Comic-Con 2019 will have four exclusive DC Universe posters for Titans, Doom Patrol, Swamp Thing, and Young Justice: Outsiders. The online home for all-things DC launched last year and hasn’t stopped adding to what it offers. Initially holding a select library of comics, some older DC movies and shows, message boards, and a daily news show, Titans was the first original piece of programming to launch on DC Universe.
The live-action series was only the beginning, and Titans proved to be increasingly popular throughout its first season. It’s since been followed by several other shows, with Doom Patrol becoming the second series, and receiving praise for its outlandish characters and story. DC Universe also became the home to a revitalization of Young Justice with the third season and is currently releasing new episodes of Swamp Thing weekly (even though that’s already been surprisingly canceled).
DC Universe announced today that fans of these four properties can pick up some exclusive gear from each during San Diego Comic-Con this coming weekend. The posters giveaway will allow SDCC attendees to collect an exclusive poster for Titans, Doom Patrol, Swamp Thing, and Young Justice during the four-day event. Each poster is made by a different artist, with Ruiz Burgos on Titans, Doaly on Doom Patrol, Cliff Cramp on Swamp Thing, and Chris Thronley on Young Justice. One poster will be made available while supplies last each day. Check out the posters below, and how to get them.
All these posters are outstanding and should be high on any DC fans’ wishlist from SDCC, so those who are eager to collect them all may need to act fast. Attendees of the convention can try to get the posters by visiting the DC Universe Redemption Center at the DC/WB Booth (#4545) every day. Fans will need to go to DCUniverse.com/mydc, log-in to their account on their phones, and show the user-specific QR code to someone working the booth. Its that easy to enter, and as long as the posters aren’t all gone, fans will be rewarded with a copy.
Aside from the giveaway of these rare posters, DC Universe will have an even larger presence at SDCC. The service is holding its panel on Saturday night, which could be the outlet for some important news on a variety of their shows. Details and footage from Titans season 2, renewals for Young Justice: Outsiders and Doom Patrol, and new looks at other shows like Harley Quinn or Stargirl could come during the panel. We also can’t count out the possibility of a new series being announced during the panel, while many will be hoping for the surprise revival of Swamp Thing for a second season. Between the panel and these posters though, DC Universe should have a large presence at SDCC this year.
