Doctor Strange is now in theaters, and it’s a movie chock-full of surprises. Between a living cape, time travel, and a dizzying array of mind-blowing visuals that perfectly capture the Steve Ditko artwork that made the character famous, it’s a film that stands out from Marvel’s pack in more ways than one. Corey Feldman has revealed his idea to bring his character, Tommy Jarvis, back to the Friday The 13th series. Tommy is a popular character with fans of the franchise, and appeared in parts four to six. Feldman played the character in part four - dubbed The Final Chapter - where Tommy was actually responsible for “killing” Jason in the finale, as the movie was originally intended to end the series....

David Hayter will return to voice both Solid Snake and Naked Snake in Super Bomberman R. Hayter came to define the voice of Solid Snake having the voiced the character in 1998’s Metal Gear Solid. Hayter could deliver both the humor and emotion of the role, and his gravelly line delivery made him a fan favorite. A new batch of character descriptions for the Joker origin movie have reportedly surfaced—along with news that Robert De Niro is being eyed for a part. Despite the mixed reception Jared Leto’s Joker got in Suicide Squad, everyone was still shocked when it was announced DC was working on a separate film involving the Crown Prince of Crime that would tell his origin and recast the role. Even more shocking was the reveal that Todd Phillips of the Hangover franchise would be writing and directing, while veteran filmmaker Martin Scorsese would wade into the comic book waters and produce....

Walt Disney Animation Studios is currently experiencing one of the most successful spells in its almost-80-year existence since debuting in 1937 with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It’s been nearly four years since the announcement that the Walt Disney Co. was purchasing Lucasfilm and making new Star Wars movies. Since then, Star Wars has become an ever-larger part of the Disney universe, between the films, carton TV shows on Disney XD (see Star Wars Rebels), novels/comic books, and much more. Of course, in 2015 there was the release of Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, the first Star Wars movie released by Lucasfilm under the Disney banner....

A sequel to the original 1982 Blade Runner film has been a long time coming and arrives at last this year, in the form of director Denis Villeneuve’s Blade Runner 2049. While the movie stars Ryan Gosling, it has long been confirmed that Harrison Ford is reprising his role as the iconic Rick Deckard in the sequel. There were but a few characters left standing at the end of the original Blade Runner who could potentially return in the sequel, along with Deckard....

Yep, they made another one. Tyler Perry’s long-running Madea film series dates back to 2005’s Diary of a Mad Black Woman, which itself was an adaptation of Perry’s popular stage play. 12 years later, we’ve arrived at Tyler Perry’s Boo 2! A Madea Halloween, and at its current pace, the latest entry may well pull off the impossible: become the worst reviewed Madea flick ever. Boo 2! is the tenth movie in the franchise, although it’s tough to count I Can Do Bad All by Myself, a film in which Madea makes a brief appearance but is otherwise absent....

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is being made available to free for PS Plus members, with the game’s free availability coming into place as of 11 June, 2018. The game was a major success for the Call of Duty series, becoming a mainstay in the first-person shooter world and further winning back fans who had been disappointed by other recent installments of the series. However, soon the game is to be usurped when it comes to the Black Ops sub-series of Call of Duty....

Up until recently, I’d been using the Canon R5 as my day-to-day camera for photos and videos. Although I was able to make it work, things like overheating made it a little less than ideal for recording long form content, such as the in-depth video walkthroughs of iOS updates that I like to do. Canon’s recently released R5 C addresses the overheating problems, but also provides quite a few enhancements that Mac users, and Canon enthusiasts in general will appreciate....

Captain America: Civil War is, without a doubt, the largest event to unfold in the Marvel Cinematic Universe thus far. But Civil War is only the beginning. After the superhero clash, a handful of standalone films are scheduled to arrive, including Doctor Strange, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Thor: Ragnarok among others. But following Black Panther in February of 2018, the beginning of the end of the MCU as we know it could arrive with Avengers: Infinity War Part 1....
